Before we talk
Everything chambers ask before signing.
The final service agreement will define scope, approvals, billing, access, and cancellation terms. These answers clarify the intended operating model.
Can you work with GrowthZone, ChamberMaster, or our current website?
Yes. We work within GrowthZone, ChamberMaster, WordPress, and other common chamber platforms. The diagnostic identifies the platform, access constraints, vendor responsibilities, and technical condition. If an existing arrangement limits the proposed scope, those boundaries are made clear before work begins.
How does onboarding work?
We begin with focused discovery and access, followed by a review of the website, search presence, analytics, listings, reputation footprint, content, and active advertising. We then agree on priorities and establish the working cadence. Timing depends on access availability and the condition of the current systems.
Can you manage email nurturing or member communications?
Yes, through a Custom plan. The scope depends on the current configuration, data quality, integrations, audience permissions, and the number and complexity of the required campaigns. We also support event promotion, sponsorship packages, and non-dues revenue strategy.
Is advertising spend included in the monthly package price?
No. Package prices cover the listed management services. Google Ads media spend is funded directly by the chamber and paid separately. Foundation includes management for up to $1,000 per month in media spend; Growth includes management for up to $5,000 per month. Larger budgets require a Custom plan.
What does the monthly competitive report include?
The report summarizes relevant visibility, content, search, reputation, and advertising observations from the competitive landscape. It is designed to clarify what changed, what deserves attention, and which practical actions should be prioritized. The report is formatted for board packets, not marketing dashboards.
Who approves website changes and articles?
Onboarding establishes approval responsibilities and turnaround expectations. Substantive public-facing claims and chamber-specific content remain subject to chamber review, while routine maintenance can follow the agreed operating process.
What does basic reputation support mean?
Basic support establishes an ethical, repeatable process for requesting reviews and helps the chamber monitor and respond appropriately. We also help chambers build member review programs as a member benefit. Advanced reputation strategy, escalation workflows, or broader multi-platform programs belong in a Custom scope.
Do you guarantee rankings or membership growth?
No. Search rankings, lead volume, and membership outcomes depend on factors no consultant controls completely. The work strengthens the digital conditions that support growth, and reporting distinguishes completed work and observed signals from outcomes that cannot be guaranteed.
